Do you have an unusal or unique name? If so, what is it? Who or what were you named after?

My name is Cristalle and it's French. It's really supposed to be pronounced Christelle (Chris combined with tell), but the spelling of Cristalle is already too confusing so I just say Christall (Chris like the boy's name and tall like you are tall--you just combine it). But still no one pronounces it correctly (my whole life), they love to say Crystal and sometimes I get Cristalley, or sometimes even Christine! How do they get Christine from Cristalle?





I was named after the perfume Cristalle by Chanel. My mum is quite branded and loves brand names and such. She almost named my little sister Chanel, but named her Chantal instead. My older sister is Celine cause my mum loves the brand name purses.

my daughter is named for princess diana who i adored but i disliked the name di as a nickname so i named her spencer tyler tyler just sounded good with it





my son is named wyatt after the character on charmed but he is named that because an episode of the show spoke of the name meaning twice blessed and that is what mhy wyatt is
Reply:It's not so unusual anymore, but when I was little, I never heard of my name LeaAnn (pronounced Lee Ann) before. Now that I am older, I see that it isnt as unusual as I thought. My mom put Leah %26amp; Anne together %26amp; came up with LeaAnn

Reply:My name is Tierra(like the crown). My mother got my name off a spanish record(no im not spanish). Tierra in spanish means dirt, land, sand. I know one other person that has the same name spelling as I do. I have had a lot of compliments on my name.

I guess it works since I was born in October, I am also named after my grandmother. Reply:I named my third baby -Lochlin Callum- and I will tell you why. My first baby is Madison Paige, my second baby died, Alex while I was at home, I had him early. I got pregnant right after his death, and had a horrible time, had to get surgery to close the cervix, had steriods, on bed rest until 35 weeks when I still had a horrible delivery resulting in a c-sec and in another town. During this time I lived on the lake - that is the meaning of LOCHLIN and Callum is warrior. So I thought warrior of the lake after all my little boy went thru was befitting, he was born 5 weeks early but still weighed 6lb14oz!! He is a definate warrior even at 2 today!
