i do not like sarah effie at all, sarah is such a common name.
Reply:This name reminds me of my neighbors old dog. Her name was Effie and when she past away my neighbor went a little loony she would go up and down the Street saying the dogs name it was really sad and creepy! So I say unless you would like your daughter to be confused with a dog, then I think you should get another name!
Reply:Reminds me of "Effi Briest", the most boring, mind-numbing novel we had to read in highschool. Even the teacher allowed us to skip some passages, because it's so long-winded.





In English speaking countries it might also be a problem because "eff" is a common abbreviation for f***, isn't it?

The movie was good, but I don't like the name at all. Effie its just horrible. It sounds like it should be an old lady's name or a nickname for something. Horrible name, sorry.
