Do you or your family have a cute or unique name for something ordinary? What is it and why?

Example: We've always called the TV remote "the commote", a friend of mine calls the dish washing liquid "the bubbles".

We call the TV remote control the "Twanger." There was an old radio show starring Smilin' Ed McConnell. He had a character "Froggy the Gremlin." Smilin' Ed would always yell, "Plunk your magic twanger, Froggy" whenever he wanted Froggy to appear. (Remember this was radio.)
Reply:We always referred to our daughter's chest area as "noodles". My mom has a lot of them: toes are "piggers"; teeth are "buckies"; a blanket is a "blankie" and my sister and I used to call horses "Woowies". When my kids were little and they wanted to play/wrestle with each other they'd ask if the other wanted to play "peeot" (it's more a sound than a word I think)
Reply:I call the vagina a coolie mollie! My son call his testicles eggs
