What is the reason of naming each computer in a network a unique name other that making it easy to admin?

I mean easy for the administrator to know the computer

is there any other Technical reason?

No technical reason, in fact last time I work on a network I refer computer by IPs, but naming must unique for obvious reason to avoid ambiguity.
Reply:Yes, Imagine that you have to computers that have the same name, called MyComputer. And you are in a different computer. Let say that you want to retrieve a file that is in one of the MyComputer hard drive. To which computer will you go?

It's like having the same address in the same zip code, or in the same city. To which house the mail man is going to deliver the letter?
Reply:it just giving a address for each comp if same name is given it will cconflict
